Comprehensive Nutrition + Wellness Coaching

$500/month

Dietary and lifestyle needs change with each season and also as we age. As a result, the majority of my clients find that ongoing coaching and accountability is the most proven formula for ensuring their long-term health and wellness.

Whether we partner for one month or for many years, I will personally support you every step of the way as we systematically address the challenges you’re facing and work toward achieving your goals. Your plan includes unlimited, client-initiated coaching to help you stay on track and increase your likelihood for long-term success:

  • Initial 60 minute consultation to discuss your goals and current habits
  • Weekly 30-50 minute check-in sessions
  • Unlimited support between sessions via email and text
  • Detailed 3-7 day diet and lifestyle journal and analysis
  • Personalized recommendations, action steps, and support
  • Practical guidance for smart supplementation and access to professional grade supplements
  • Grocery store tour and/or pantry review (for residents of Orange County)


Nutrition + Wellness Strategy Session

$150

Nutrition + Wellness Strategy Sessions are a perfect opportunity to address specific questions or roadblocks that are standing in the way of your long-term wellness. You’ll leave your session with recommendations and action steps to implement for results you’ll notice right away.

  • One 50 minute session conducted in person or via phone
  • Personalized diet and/or lifestyle recommendations
  • A suggested plan for continuing to improve your health and wellness over time
