The Nutrition + Wellness Jumpstart is ideal for those who are looking to address a specific challenge they’re facing, or are in need of a little assistance in getting back on track after a vacation or lifestyle change.

  • Initial 60 minute consultation conducted in person or via phone
  • One 30 minute follow-up session conducted in person or via phone*
  • Detailed review of current diet, exercise and lifestyle habits
  • Personalized recommendations and action steps to meet your goals
  • Practical guidance for smart supplementation and access to professional grade supplements
  • Access to advanced diagnostic testing to determine the root cause of imbalances
  • Option to add a grocery store tour or pantry review to your program if desired

  • Unlimited support between sessions via email and text

Nutrition + Wellness Strategy Sessions are a perfect opportunity to address specific questions or roadblocks that are standing in the way of your long-term wellness. You’ll leave your session with recommendations and action steps to implement for results you’ll notice right away.
