Vitamix 5200

Vitamix 5200

I love this blender. I bought a Certified Reconditioned model directly from Vitamix over ten years ago. It looked brand new when it arrived and was backed by the same full, seven year warranty they offer with their new models, but it was much less expensive.  I use it almost daily for everything, including smoothies, soups, sauces, salad dressings, and applesauce. OXO SoftWorks Salad Spinner

This is another item that I’ve had in my kitchen for years. We eat a lot of greens so I use it almost daily. I highly recommend this model because it holds an entire bunch of chopped greens, is really sturdy, and doesn’t slide around on the countertop.

kitchenaid food processor

KitchenAid 9 Cup Food Processor

I use this food processor for so many things: homemade almond butter, energy bars and hummus; chopping fruits and vegetables; etc. It is super easy to clean and is very durable. The mini bowl that comes with it is really useful as well.

Paderno Three Blade Spiralizer

Paderno Tri-Blade Spiral Vegetable Slicer

I absolutely love this spiralizer. It’s easy to use, inexpensive, and takes up very little space in my kitchen. Spiralized vegetables are a healthy and delicious substitute for pasta and rice, and can be an excellent way to add texture and variety to salads. If you haven’t tried spiralizing yet, I highly recommend it!
