As a former non-runner who quickly advanced to a competitive ultra runner, I am well versed in what it takes to excel in a demanding sport.

And as a mom to two highly competitive and active boys, I’ve had an opportunity to apply those same strategies and see first-hand how they drive results.

Finally, as a nutrition and wellness coach, I have years of experience working with athletes of all ages across a range of sports including water polo, cross country, baseball, tennis, ultra running, and triathlon.

1-on-1 Sports Nutrition Coaching

I provide individualized sports nutrition coaching to meet the needs of athletes of all ages seeking to improve their performance. There is no such thing as one size fits all program when it comes to nutrition and training – we each respond differently. As a result, my coaching and recommendations are based on your specific challenges, goals and lifestyle to ensure we maximize the benefits of your program. And I allow for plenty of time to ask questions in every session.

In fact, I believe that good communication and regular feedback are the foundation of an effective program. I want to know that the program is working for you, and communicating on a regular basis ensures that we are on the right track. The more questions you ask and the more feedback you provide, the more effective your program will be.

Sports Nutrition Jumpstart 


This program is ideal for those seeking information regarding sports nutrition and how to fuel their body for better performance. Please note that it does not provide email support between sessions. If you feel you would benefit from additional support and accountability between sessions as you implement recommendations, the monthly Sports Nutrition Program outlined below is the best option.

  • Initial 60 minute consultation conducted in person or via phone
  • One 30 minute follow-up session conducted in person or via phone*
  • Detailed review of current diet, exercise and lifestyle habits
  • Personalized recommendations, action steps, and support to meet your performance goals
  • Option to add a grocery store tour or pantry review to your program if desired

*For best results, follow-up sessions should be completed within 6 weeks of your initial consultation.

Comprehensive Sports Nutrition Program


This program is ideal for those who desire support and accountability throughout their season or training block. It is designed to provide a deeper and more comprehensive level of support as we systematically modify your dietary and lifestyle habits and assess their impact on your performance. Together, we’ll uncover which elements of your daily routine are fueling your goals, and which are sabotaging your best intentions.

  • Initial 60 minute consultation to discuss your goals and current habits
  • Detailed review of current diet, exercise and lifestyle habits
  • Personalized recommendations, action steps, and support to meet your performance goals
  • Weekly check-in sessions conducted via phone (if in person desired, please inquire for details)
  • Unlimited support between sessions via text and email

Single Strategy Session


Single strategy sessions are best suited to addressing a specific challenge or roadblock that is keeping you from attaining your goals. We’ll use our time together to explore the dietary and/or lifestyle habits that are standing in the way of better performance, and you’ll leave with specific action steps to implement for results you’ll notice right away.

  • One 50 minute session conducted in person or via phone
  • Personalized diet and/or lifestyle recommendations
  • A suggested plan for continuing to improve your performance over time
